Every 3 months, KWarterly curates a themed box that is filled with 5+ items from local artists, vendors, and businesses. Our boxes are in limited quantities but there are multiple ways to buy and secure your box.
Support Local
Our boxes are 100% locally sourced and offers an easy way to stay in the know with all things #WRAwesome. Gain access and knowledge about events happening and support local artists, vendors, and businesses at the same time.
Seasonal boxes
Boxes are delivered by the first day of a given season.
Spring: Delivery by March 20th/21st
Summer: Delivery by June 20th/21st
Fall: Delivery by September 22nd/23rd
Winter: Delivery by December 21st/22nd
Limited Quantities
Our boxes are in very limited quantities - once they are gone they are gone! Subscribing or pre-ordering is the best way to guarantee your box.

Subscriptions
When subscribing, you will be charged immediately on purchase and then on the 1st of every seasonal month after that. Example: Subscribing on August 10th makes your first box the Fall Box and your next payment would be December 1st.

We currently offer 2 payment plans: a subscription model or on a per-box basis.
Frequently asked questions
Subscriptions
You will be automatically charged 4x a year. Once during your initial purchase and then on the 1st of every seasonal month thereafter (March, June, September, and December). Subscriptions automatically renew each year until canceled. For example, if you bought your first box on August 10th then your first box would be the Fall Box and your next payment would be due on December 1st then March 1st..etc..
You will be notified 3 days before your subscription payment is due and then 1 day before the official payment. Upon successful payment you will receive an email confirming your order.
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Note that cancellations must be done before your next payment in order to not be charged. To cancel, head over to your account page and select ‘My Subscriptions’. Hit ‘View’ on your subscription and from there you can cancel your subscription.
No refunds will be made after a payment has been processed.
Absolutely! Head over to your account and select ‘My Subscriptions’. Hit ‘View’ on your subscription and from there you can change your address to be used on your next box delivery.
Subscriptions are limited to one subscription per customer. With that said, we know these boxes make great gifts and if there are still individual boxes left for sale you can of course buy more!
Head over to your account page and select ‘Payment Methods’. Hit ‘Add Payment Method’ to add your new card and make it your new default card. This new card will be used to purchase your next box.
We currently only allow one subscription per customer. The minute that you add the subscription to your cart or purchase a subscription you will see this message on the product page.
Welcome back :)! If your subscription is still visible in your ‘My Subscriptions’ account page then you can simply renew your subscription there. If your subscription is no longer showing up in your account page you’ll have to go through the ordering process again if spots are still available.
Everything Else
Yes. We are as hyper-local as they come. Everything from our box, to its contents, to how it’s delivered supports our local economy.
That’s a surprise! Our boxes are themed and can contain a variety of items ranging from conventionally loved items like candles to unique and one-of-kind creations from local makers. It’s all about supporting and hopefully discovering a new favourite local business.
You will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been completed and is on its way. Your box will be delivered so that it is in hand before the first day of the given season.

We use a local courier company called EcoCourier to deliver your boxes. They are the regions only 100% emissions free delivery solution! – check them out 🙂
First of all, thank you for even wanting one! Due to the nature of our boxes, they are in limited quantities. We make sure to have enough boxes for our subscribers but anything else depends on the throughput and availability from our featured vendors and businesses.
The best way to guarantee a box is to be a subscriber – we are slowly increasing our subscription numbers but even those spots fill up fast. If you don’t want to commit to 4 boxes a year, signing up for our newsletter to know when individual ones are available is your next best bet (updates hit our newsletter before social media!).

We do not currently offer pickup as a delivery option however, we are looking into how we can make this happen. If you are subscribed to our newsletter or follow us on social media you’ll be the first to know when it’s offered!
Although our boxes are targeted to people living in Waterloo Region you can of course still buy a box but you may not get full use as they sometimes contain tickets to local events and your shipping costs may be a bit higher.
